Open sublime text 3 with root permission in ubuntu ?

I am using linux Ubuntu operating system, and i am working with php, i was facing multiple time a problem, problem is the if you working with multiple system, mins you gave your file permission to other user and if other user create or change file content then you have no direct permission to edit the file if you want to edit file you need to file permission or your system password,

i have to solution of the problem is,

open your editor with root permission, 

here you have more one question how to open editor with root permission 

to open your sublime text editor with root 
go on terminal and type sudo subl

if terminal ask for password give the password, your sublime is open with root permission now you have full mmermission to edit write delete and many more of your files.
